Joe Wicks Gives Agents of Change a Huge Shout Out

We’ve had an exciting boost of energy in the Agents of Change community recently, and it comes from someone who knows a thing or two about motivating children to get moving… Joe Wicks!

Joe was introduced to the Agents of Change initiative and immediately loved what it stands for. The idea of children taking on meaningful challenges, earning stamps, collecting badges and making a positive difference really struck a chord with him. Even better, his own children got involved, completed some projects, and proudly earned themselves Agents of Change badges too.

It’s always brilliant to see families embracing the initiative, but knowing that Joe Wicks has brought Agents of Change into his own home has been a real “wow” moment. He has even talked about how well it fits into a home schooling schedule, because it encourages children to stay curious, stay active, and take responsibility for the world around them.

Joe wanted to send a shout out to everyone taking part, not only to celebrate how awesome Agents of Change is, but to congratulate children who have been getting stuck into his PE with Joe sessions. His message was full of encouragement and positivity, and it reminded us why these challenges matter so much.

He gave a big well done to every child who has been joining in, getting active, and working towards their Eat, Sleep, Move stamp as part of Agents of Change. Whether children have been dancing around the living room, doing star jumps in the kitchen, or squeezing in a workout between schoolwork, it all counts. Every effort matters.

Joe’s message was simple but powerful: keep going, keep moving, and keep believing in what you can achieve.

This is exactly what Agents of Change is about. It’s about inspiring children to take action, set goals, challenge themselves, and feel proud of what they can do. And when someone like Joe Wicks joins in and cheers them on, it adds even more momentum to something already so special.

So, if you haven’t started your Eat, Sleep, Move stamp yet, this might be your perfect moment. Put on a PE with Joe session, get your heart pumping, and take one more step towards becoming an even stronger Agent of Change.

A huge thank you to Joe Wicks for the support, the energy, and the shout out. And an even bigger well done to all the children who are staying active and making positive changes every day.
